• Historical Interest Rates on Customer Deposits & Over/Underbillings - The Commission annually sets interest rates on customer deposits and over- and underbillings. PUC Substantive Rules 25.24(g) and 25.28(c)&(d) contain the provisions relating to the payment of interest on customer deposits and over/underbillings, respectively. The Commission resets the interest rates on December 1 of each year.
