2009 Interim Data Collection
Summary
As required by the Public Utility Regulatory Act §52.006, the Public Utility Commission of Texas (Commission) reports to the Legislature on the scope of competition in telecommunications markets of Texas before January 15 of each odd-numbered year. This project has been established by the Commission to collect and process relevant annual data in order to update its 2009 Scope of Competition Report.
