Demand-side Resources and Price Responsiveness
Summary
The purpose of this project is to review the ERCOT market rules, identify barriers to load participation in ERCOT markets, and develop recommendations for rule modifications and programs that have the potential to increase the participation of load resources in the ERCOT-administered Balancing Energy market and the Ancillary Services market.
