The Public Utility Commission of Texas (Commission) will hold a workshop to discuss proposed changes to Substantive Rule 25.505 and Substantive Rule 25.504, on Thursday, February 23rd at 1:30 pm in the Commissioners' Hearing Room located on the 7th floor of the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701.

PUCT staff will hold a workshop regarding the potential effect of proposed environmental regulations on reserve adequacy in ERCOT, on Wednesday, June 22, at 10 am in the Commissioners' Hearing Room located on the 7th floor of the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701.

The Public Utility Commission of Texas (Commission) will hold a second workshop regarding reserve adequacy and shortage pricing in ERCOT, on Wednesday, June 29th, at 10 am and Thursday, June 30th at 9 am in the Commissioners' Hearing Room located on the 7th floor of the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701. This two-day workshop is the second in a series of workshops on reserve adequacy and shortage pricing. The first day will address reserve planning, outage coordination, and demand response actions taken to prevent firm service outages during extreme weather events. The second day will focus upon scarcity pricing and factors affecting resource investment decisions.

The Public Utility Commission of Texas (Commission) will hold a workshop on the factors affecting pricing during reliability deployments by ERCOT, on Monday, August 22nd, at 1:30 am in the Commissioners' Hearing Room located on the 7th floor of the William B. Travis Building, 1701 North Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78701. Project Number 37897 has been established for this proceeding. This workshop is part of a series of workshops on reserve adequacy and shortage pricing.
