Project for Rulemaking Proceeding Concerning Recovery of Purchased Power Capacity Costs
Summary
This project has been opened to collect and consider information to help the Commission identify and possibly implement methodologies to collect purchased power capacity costs outside of a traditional base rate proceeding.
Project Schedule:
Because no statutory deadline exists that is associated with this project, the Commission will endeavor to address it as quickly as possible, but it could be delayed due to resources being expended on other, more critical priorities.
