Rulemaking to Revise the Definition of Access Line and Categories of Access Lines Pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 283
Summary
Local Government Code Chapter 283.003 requires the Commission to review the definition of access line and categories of access lines every three years to determine whether changes in technology, competition, facilities or market conditions justify modification of the definition of access line or categories of access lines provided within the public right-of-way of municipalities.
