Rulemaking Relating to Obligations of Telephone and Electric Service Providers Under the Texas Prompt Payment Act
Summary
TEX. GOV'T CODE, Chapter 2251, the Prompt Payment Act (PPA), provides instructions and requirements applicable to billing state agencies and political subdivisions, as defined in the PPA. This rulemaking incorporates PPA instructions and requirements into billing by all telephone and electric service providers.
