Rulemaking Related to Implementation of SB 855, Amending Proc. R. §22.52, Relating to Notice in Licensing Proceedings
The amendment adds the requirement that notice for an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) related to electric service be provided to the Office of Public Utility Counsel (OPUC), pursuant to Senate Bill 855 of the 82nd Legislature, Regular Session in 2011 (SB 855).
