Project to Implement House Bill 2369 with Proposed Amendment to 16 TAC § 24.45 and New 16 TAC § 24.46 Relating to Fees Charged by a Municipality to Public School Districts - Pursuant To TWC Sections 13.044, 13.0441 and 13.088

Summary

The purpose of this rulemaking project is to comport the Commission's rules to legislative changes implemented from House Bill 2369 by amending Tex. Admin. Code § 24.45 and proposing new TAC § 24.46 relating to fees charged by a Municipality to Public School Districts pursuant to Texas Water Code Sections 13.044, 13.0441 and 13.088.

Project Schedule

Adopted rule will be published in the Texas Register on August 10, 2018, and will be effective August 15, 2018.
