PUCT Substantive Rule §26.85 requires each telecommunications utility to annually report its progress and efforts on workforce diversity and opportunities for small and historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) to the commission on a form approved by the commission [pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code § 481.191 and 16 Tex. Admin. Code § 26.85] and as required by PURA §§ 52.256 and 52.154.
The due date for the annual report is December 30.
