POLR Designations and Filing of EFLs for 2023 - 2024 Term

Summary

The purpose of this project is to designate Providers of Last Resort (POLR) for the 2023 - 2024 term pursuant to Substantive Rule 25.43. Also, designated large service provider POLRs will file EFLs for the 2023 - 2024 term in this project.

Project Schedule

All Option 1 and Option 2 REPs must file information required by 16 TAC § 25.43 by July 10, 2022.

Commission Staff will file an initial list of LSPs by September 1, 2022.

REPs may file any challenge to the initial list by September 8, 2022.

The regulatory deadline for the Commission to designate POLRs is October 15, 2022.
