PUCT Substantive Rule §26.80 requires each telecommunications utility to annually report its use of historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) to the commission on a form approved by the commission [pursuant to Tex. Gov. Code § 481.191 and 16 Tex. Admin. Code § 6.80] and as required by PURA §§ 12.253 and 52.154.
The due date for the annual report is December 30.
The HUB reports can be retrieved using the PUCT Interchange. The Control Number for each year are as follows:
